Where abouts are you? I've got one off a '91 disco. It's in Ringwood, Hampshire.

Just checked my stuff out Robbie ... this is the axle that was on my 90 when I got, which I swapped almost immediately for my Disco axles. I swapped the axles 'cos the rear spring hanger plate was rusty and fell apart, i can't recall any issues with this one though. It's been sat, on the Disco, for over a year in the garden, so is a bit crusty ...

All looks mechanically reasonable actually, just needs a bit o' spit 'n polish. The swivel was new, teflon, the CV feels good, the brake disc looks crusty but was in good shape before being left out, so might go through a pre-worn set of pads to get the rust off the braking surfaces .. I won't say anything about the wheel bearings as they've been out for a while, but they were immaculate when running. All the bits will need a bit of fettling/cleaning etc befor ere-fitting. We were stripping bits down for me to use or keep as spares. No idea what it's all worth to you .. make an offer ..

If you ain't fitted it yet, that refurbished winch I did for you would be a good, straight swap for the bits .. In fact if you can get another EP9 or later that needs doing up maybe that would do ... saves spending money ...

Missed this earlier paul! When you said check lz to me on Facebook I went straight to my post about the cv and totally forgot about this as I'm still trying to find my way around this new layout!

I picked up a set of ends earlier mate but thanks alot for finding these out I'll keep you in mind and take you up on your offer if I break it again lol
