Hi.
I've got a very simple question for you. I've got a 96 300 tdi disco. Has it got 10 or 24 splines on the halfsharfts ? Or can you not tell untill you open it up ? Thanks for you help !

I think the 300 is 24, the 200s are 10...

just undo the 5 bolts and pull the half shaft out...takes 5min.

I believe this to be the situation:- early TDI 200's 10 spline; later 200's and all 300's were 24 spline.
