Rather annoying i seem to have a frequent front ABS fault.

Ive changed the sensor 4 times in 2 years always front right. Nanocom reads -

Front right sensor output too low - intermitent 16 times

Usually only crops up 3 or 4 times a year but recently coming on daily have having to reset it.

Reluctant to buy another sensor (intermotor, cant find Wabco for nom silly money)

Could there be a fault elsewhere im not checking? As far as I know it is fully seated.

Mine was fully seated and nothing wrong with my reluctor ring I could not see anything wrong with the transducer itself at all (comparing new Vs. Old) but the copper coloured sleeve it sits in was shot and all corroded away I think it was misaligned somehow.
Anyway I changed the whole lot just to be sure and fault was gone.

Excess slack in the CV joint was the cause of my ABS/TC faults and odd drive noises. Replaced with britpart CVs and still going fine...
I think the wear allowed the outer cup (with the wheel speed notches on it) to flap about. Pulled the suspect one
apart and it didn't look that bad.

Mine was playing up, turned out to be the top swivel pin worn away. new pin and bearings, sorted.
