i have a pair of ratchet straps i first got when i had the series and they still smell of damp gear oil that as better part of 20 years ago

I'm about to install one of these - they are very useful to gague the speed. Instead of 'between 20 and 40' you can look at the rev counter, look at the lay of the land, the gear you and in and calculate it!



I feel i do have a rather ott toy currently being installed - a 10" touch screen tablet pc - with GPS - installed with memory maps (and all the 1:25,000 i need) and all my music and some sat nav software for the longer journies...
