that's the one - at 5 mins 57 secs there's a blue painted chippy - the BnB entrance is the door to the left of it - and the 2 sets of windows above the chippy is yer bedrooms !

and 2 more doors down to the left is the pub

there's very few places that'll let you take dogs and they tend to get booked very quick - first time we took ours it took a while to find somewhere

i'll dig out some details of places we have stayed, one of which is on the edge of the beach and has an enclosed (dog safe) big garden

we stayed here over xmas 2008, you can see the beach/sea just to the left

and here's some views from the beach - pub is a 5 minute walk away
