this is soft workshop flooring by draper/rolson about £11 for a pack of 6 and edges ,really quiets the noise

and traps moisture - and before you know it that plastic flooring will be the only thing holding yer nice landy together

i will have to keep checking its got ply under it and i can slide bottom one

I think if you're going to do it you just have to make sure its sealed down properly, I have done similar with really good non slip flooring and I'm pretty pleased with it. But saying that I've only done it where I really need it as I'm still worried about moisture no matter how much care I took to seal it.

On a side note, was the mot guy ok with the seats in the back?

Fair do's, just wasn't sure what their reaction would be to buckets and harnesses in the back, but it looks like a pretty solid frame eitherway! I'd love to get some big comfy recaro style seats for the front of mine, will have to save pennies!

Only thing I'd watch out for with that floor though, is it waterproof? It looks like its foam of some sort. Just concerned that if you spill something, or it does get wet it will just hold the moisture on the bodywork and rot.

its solid foamy waterproof no probs.you really get that mileage tankduck , what speed and how many litrs

water may get trapped under it , but it didnt get in b4 wi mi load linner ,i will keep checking . (i could always drill a few holes underneath to let moisture out).the front ones are not fixed down on floor only siloconed on to seat boxes,

was doing about 65-70 most of the time although a very small amount was in welsh valleys (m4 to campsite, maybe 20mins each way) going up and down awesome windey roads. Was basically filled to about 3 inches below the actual nozzle.
