is there an equivilent cooler for a 4.0 p38 i can buy and install as the rr one seems to be infamous tryed everywhere for it ,model no esr 3204 need one asap!!!
new or s/hand as long as it dont leak!!!

hi ,im waiting for foleys to ring me and tell me its been delivered this morn,cant wait as this stupid part has been a nightmare to locate!!!

got the cooler HOOORAYYY!!!!,all fitted apart from the righthand side pipe the one with the bigger nut,unfortunatly it was shredded up bad so now need one of theese!!!!anyone got a part no please,

Look at my reply to your other post regarding cost. Hose part nos. are listed but you will have to check which is which. I cut the steel part of the pipe on mine, slid the nut off and ran an M22 fine thread tap down the nut to clear the crap out of the threads then used a 1/2" compression straight fitting to join back up-the fitting was rated at 200p.s.i., more than adequate. Don't forget what I said about the port on the front cover not having much meat around it-will break if you are too heavy handed when tightening
