I've found with the exhaust pipes there can be a bit of fettling needed to get them to fit, and not foul the chassis. to stop my downpipe rubbing on the chassis I've spaced the relevant bracket away from the chassis with a few washers. Also, I don't know what
@Anaconda's is like, but mine have a joint between the downpipe and the centre section which has a kind of spherical mating face, so this can be clamped in different positions depending on where it is when you tighten the bolts. That can be useful to get a little adjutment to stop it rubbing on the chassis. Also, I've ended up drilling another hole in the bracket that attaches to the rear crossmember too, so as not to over-stretch the rubber. So there's a lot of fiddling about involved.
