Hi

Defender 110 Td5 re-assembly around the corner, advice needed on the following, please:

a) Brake Calipers: Can someone please let me know where I can get four new brake calipers with the same reputation and quality as Lockheed?
b) Cardan: City driver, however Defender will have 16" rims and 265/75 tyres, should I get a double cardan?
c) Hose Set: I need a complete new set of hoses, they can be really expensive. I read somewhere that some hoses are not suitable for certain types of coolants. Any advice on where I can get a good set?

The cheap calipers are just fine.

Any of the silicone coolant hose sets will be just fine.

In a nutshell spend what ever you want, they will all work.

Agree with the above, but if you want them to last a lifetime replace the stock pistons with stainless before refitting.

You talking about prop shafts in point B? If so just use the original style, you are not lifting and the wheel and trye choice are normal factory options so use the factory prop shaft setup.

KISS keep it simple stupid, basically no need to complicate things if what you have already works.
