Where is the ground location I can connect an under cubby sub woofer to? I cannot seem to find it?

Just drill a hole in the nearest bit of body metal then put a nut bolt and washer through it, suitably covered in anti rust stuff of course. Then connect it to that. Assuming you mean an earth to the body/chassis etc and not some fancy earth back to the head unit.

Should have been more precise. Well, I did say "body/chassis". Simple test with a (D)MM should prove it one way or the other.
