fookin strange that is .....

I was talking to a friend yesturday asking him about his gay checkerplate wingtops which he replied he bought them from REBEL 4x4, Him and his dad went there and they picked them up along with some more gayplate whilst on holiday?.

been questioning myself bout the quality for 34 squid.but as been said,at that price cant really grumble...
Guessing someones not a fan of chequerplate????lol

i'd be very suprised if they were allowed to pick them up .....

CPlate has it uses If your gonna be climbing on it then it's acceptable anywhere else is just fooking pointless.

You Guessed?, Well I hate the stuff.. Ok before someone says owt, I have a sheet 3mm thick but that was needed becuase There was holes cut for the old exhaust all over it, So that was fitted becuase it was from my old S3.. Then theres them on the wingtops.. Hate them but they are there becuase my wingtops paint went funny whilst spraying last winter and they were scratched to hell, And they started to show signs of ripping!.

I hate shiney checkerplate.. Although Satin and Black gay plate is acceptable in some circumstances.. But only in loadbeds and on wingtops and anywhere you are likely to walk, Stand etc.. I hate 90's with checkerplate on every single part of the body work! And Bobtailed discoveries to hide the "seam" where its being Ajoined, Simply on the exterior to hide it

i better put some checker plate on me doors and chassis then as i might end up walking there when i go a bit over the top (arf arf )

ive just had me steering guard delivered from raz the quality and manufacture is superb many thanks to raz

Yes ive bought and fitted one on my 2a very strong steel.Only had problem fitting it as i have a big fairy drum winch and it uses the same bolts to mount. So for most it should be a 5min job. Cant moan for 34 quid! (Do think the "REBEL" bit looks a bit red necky thou)
