Cleaning the MAF isn't on the LR service schedule, as cleaning them isn't needed or beneficial.
The MAP can be cleaned, but again it's not the the service schedule, and so would only be done if it were to find a particularly issue, or if it was being removed for other work nearby.
Your a long running team member so I'm going pick your brains approximately how long would it take to change 2009 freelander 2 intercooler by myself i know what the bumper headlights and crossmember comes of but I'll like a rough idea of time

About 2 hours or so if you take your time. It's not a difficult job, but you might need a hand to lift off the bumper, and to guide it back into place so to prevent damage to it or the wings. I've had mine off 3 times now, and can have it on the floor in under 20 minutes.
The headlamps come off easily, just 2 X 10mm head bolts on each side, and a plastic clip which has lifting rod for easy access.
The bumper screws are plentiful, and 2 are hard to get at, but all arch liner screws should be rust free. I find the hardest part is to release the headlamp washer pipes while balancing the bumper on my feet.
The intercooler is clipped in position, but it's not difficult to remove. The boost pipes are held on with conventional worm drive clips.
