Well banter apart new OTG cable arrived. Memory stick plugs in and can now transfer files onto tablet, Rave went on and worked fine, even plugged a mouse in and that works fine. The biggy though my serial port cable plugged in and installed no problems. Now can use EAS software on tablet, A lot easier than a bulkier laptop, also fits neatly into glove box for carrying around. I'm well chuffed
Big result. Am really impressed with the HP Stream 7.. Lok on you tube gets brill results
Anything that needs windows to run should be fine. I've played around with rave today and everything is fine. You just need to make sure you get the cables that run on the Stream. I just put that into the bay and for under £2 got a cable that will run my mouse, memory stick, serial port adapter. As I said well chuffed

There are several reviews I just put HP Stream 7 review in search and looked through loads of them Sorry can't be specific with any particular one
First time I 've really tried it today and the HP Stream with adapter running EAS software connects and runs OK. Just a tad fiddly with the small screen but very handy to carry around especially with the size of it. Got another big old laptop to use at home but the tablet will be handy in an emergency when on the road. Overall a very good investment
