Hi guys are they different struts for the RRS if they have ace system or are they both the same.

the struts are different between ACE and Non ACE, enclosed a picture of the part numbers for u
D3 struts are different than RRS

Plus the connectors used on the struts are called Voss , ( also fitted to the valve blocks ) outrageous at £15.00 each, very awkward to fit on top of the struts , as they are compression fittings with a small olive , I used brass pushfits on mine , considerably easier to fit and only £4.00

Mine being a 2008 wont need these connectors would they. Again your ha e helped andwer my question i knew you wouldnt be long to answer haha. Hope your well mate

when I got my struts for the D3 they didn’t come with any connectors or nuts , so had to buy them, did get stainless steel nuts for the top and also the brass pushfits
with the front struts removed it gave me chance to finish off the hidden areas with Dinitrol
slowly getting back on my feet but just got to take it easy , like wise hope all is well

retrofitting a fuel filler flap lock , plus gave the fuel cover a quick polish

It scares me to attack mine as I don't want to ruin the paint. It's full of scratches from off roading.
