Can someone help me with a indicator bulb?

It's for a
Chevrolet Matiz 2009 M200, M250 1.0
I think the bulb is a BA15s P21W
But not sure, reg is DY09YFS (it's the orange indicator bulbs for the back)

What's the number etc on the metal body of the failed bulb on the car? - usually stamped on it.
