can somebody put me right about removing all the shocks and the front roll bars steering damper can I putt it up on axel stands and remove them all together because the cars off the rd for a few months or do I need to replace one item at a time because I want to replace all the bushes

You can do all 4 at once and the steering damper.....But axle stand the chassis ,not the axles ,that will stop the body coming down on you ...........RR

You still need to support the axle when taking the shock off.

+1 dubble RR. Put it to High ride height, axle stands on the chassis. Leave the wheels on and on the ground, unless you need ground clearance to get an impact gun on the bottom nuts(recommended, and if the shocks are really stuck you may some kind of chain wrench on the shocks to stop them turning (rubber strap wrench can work, but more likely on recent installs). Front roll bar links are not too hard - high ride height, wheels on, support the chassis.

Don't have to worry about clearance for air gun it will be all done with spanners air gun is in quarantine at caravan

When replacing shocks have always cut through with angle grinder, saves messing with that bottom nut as can be a pitta

Sure is My philosophy if you don't need it chop it off. Going in bin anyway

Just a little tip.
For the shocks put the rubber bush cups in so that they don't cup around the bush.
Errr... I'll find a photo...

The washers are fitted so that they don't cup the rubber.
For road use it doesn't matter so much due to very little articulation but off roading needs a little more room to articulate.
Whichever suits your driver needs.
Depending on the shock instruction for mounting, don't squeeze the life out of the rubbers when tightening.
