Any one on here know that sort of pressure the oil reaches between the gearbox and the gearbox oil cooler radiator?

In my ZF4HP22, less than 80 psi... you might have the '24 in which case I don't know if that's different ... But when I upgraded my cooler, I spoke to ZF technical, and they bl**dy brilliant = super helpful.

Be aware that the flow reverses on TQ lock up - so no sharp bends to cause pulsing was my call at the time - 4 years on - no issues.... also I fitted a temp gauge for the oil - it never even gets warm - even towing a large twin axle tin tent..... ( I was convinced the gauge was duff - but a cup of hot water on the sensor proved otherwise ;))

Thats right on the tolerance range for th fittings I was planning on using....I also have the ZF4HP22 - question, is how much less than 80psi?

I don't know - it has always been on my list to measure it, but I have never got that far....

Four things you could do - one is speak to Ashcroft about their "aftermarket" deafener conversions, Two would be speak to @Litch about the fittings on his cooler actually on his deafener, and three, speak to ZF themselves, and four, speak to our own @Bemble - IIRC, he is our resident ZF super expert :)
