What about these :-
LAND ROVER COOPER ST 235/70R16 & 7X16 SILVER MODULAR on eBay, also, Land Rover, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 08-Mar-08 13:31:41 GMT)
They are a fairly aggressive all terrain so would be a good compromise - and with those wheels that would let you refurb your existing alloys too
Don't know where you are in the country but there are quite a few sets of rangie alloys on ebay at the mo - maybe there is a set near you

Just bought a set of tyres off Craddocks, Not recieved them yet but they gave me problems for 2 days about postage, If i was buying again, i'd try paddockspares, and they are slightly cheaper also.
I've got a good set of Classic alloys, but i'm not sure if i should put my 265/75/16 on the alloys for offroading or stick to my steel rims.....................and yes it's been lifted
