Eh up chaps,

Picked up a Mantec Jobble suitable for a 300Tdi very cheap from a mate but it don't fit..I've got a 200 with a 300 engine.
The vent in the wing is completely wrong shape etc.
Is there summit that will fir or do i cut the wing ?
Any help please cause i'm bit stuck !

200tdi on passenger side wing and 300tdi/td5 on drivers side

couple of choices...

send it back and get one thats comes through the top of the wing.

cut the hole in the wing and connect it up.

Ok.... if anyone can help pick the bones out of this, I will be eternally gratefull and will ask the gods to fill ya bath with beer every day

so this is what i've got...
200tdi landy with a 300tdi engine.
Air intake is on DRIVERS side with the normal wing opening etc
No hole or even a blank on near side wing...
BUT the plastic bit that screws to the inside of the wing is handed for the near side. was screwed in ****ed and obviously doesn't fit as it was ment for the other side, so I guess had wings change somewhen too.
So....if I got a correctly handed intake for the drivers side wing, ie one to suit a 300, theoretrically it should fit provided the 200 near side and the 300 off side are similar shape size etc, similar diameter pipe etc (but obviously handed for their respective side)

Phew...

Do I need to go back down the pub or does this sound plausable ?

Would it be easier to get a 300Tdi wing?

(He says cos his mates got a couple and they're stopping me get to my toolbox...)
