I don't know what diagnostics you used, but if there was a permanent feed, the airbag would explode.
There is always a circuit through the airbag which ensures continuity, an open circuit will cause a fault.
Need more information.

I used a nanocom left battery disconnected for 30 mins cleaned the plugs then refitted battery and got that code data

Have you tried to clear the code? The SRS ECU can throw a wobbly with low battery volts or a battery disconnect.

Yer tried clearing fault but it just came back and brand new battery last week

Difficult, could be a duff ECU, beyond that I do not know, sorry.

Cheers data it's not a constant fault will try the car this week making sure the battery is fully charged and see how it goes

Ah, if it's intermittent, try checking the connector on the SRS ECU for corrosion. I suppose there is no possibility that the fault refers to the side airbag in the drivers seat? You don't say what year your car is.

Oh it's a 1999 no it just says drivers airbag I will clean the connections into the ecu where is it located

Fink I found it data up behind the glovebox that be a job for next wkend cheers
