Just because the battery is "new" doesn't immediately mean its a good un.
The l322 is demanding on the battery it will eat crap batteries for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good stuff. Great car the L322 but also very complex & sophisticated.
Look for water ingress and corrosion in the rear quarter bin where the electronics live.

I have noticed that when I open the top tail gate water runs out, that might be the place to start, get drill out one put some drain holes in.

The L322 will throw a hissy fit occasionally, the same with all LR's exept L322 parts are expensive.
Have the battery load tested..

Check around all the electrical components in the boot.
Mounting bracket area for the towbar, if fitted can let water into the boot, aswell as the rear tailgate seal.
And the upper tailgate hinge flange water can enter underneath the mating face of the flange to the body..

going have a look in boot tomorrow, the on Monday shall have a have it checked.
Try pulling the fuse out for the FBH. Had battery drain on mine but seemed to stop after I pulled the fuse.
