2005 TD4 bought as a toy a few years ago. Fell in love with it and it soon became our primary car (above the Jag !!). Had it's MOT yesterday at nearly 135k miles and passed with 2 advisories - needs tyre (already on order) and rusty back coil spring. Looks like we have another year of great motoring

Dunno if you're aware of the importance of tyres on Freelander.

Just be sure that all 4 tyres are the same make & model. Ideally tyres are replaced in sets of 4, if not pairs with the least worn (new) ones on the back axle.

Yep, very aware of that - always 5 tyres the same make and 2 newest on the back
