i must say they seem like an intelligent lot on that forum.
most folk that would use the phrase" in summary" would do so after a long diatribe about a pertickuler subject. this diatribe would cover most , if not all relevant points. then the orator would use the phrase "in summary" just before he sums up his long diatribe.
not so on that forum, quick sentence then the use of " in summary" to point out something that wasn't used in the long diatribe.
