Maybe bad connection to OBDII socket. Go down the faults and see if the same valve is open and closed at the same time, that cannot be and is indicative of poor connection. Or is just a list of available codes. Try again. I have never used T4 so cannot be certain.
If the faults conflict with themselves i.e. it says a valve is open and closed at the same time you have poor communication with the ECU, if your using a T4 Testbook, then I can only imagine the Diagnostic connection needs a clean.....pop the valance off and look at the wired side of the socket too as they can corrode there also.

As far as I know the compressor should still run & pressurise the tank, even with the faults ? The two main reasons for it not running are the thermal cutout inside the compressor, and the relay. It could also be the pressure switch, but these fail less often. If it runs when you apply power then check the thermal cutout first, which fail open circuit (test with ohmmeter NOT 12V probe). Also disconnect the pipe between pump & valve block to see if you're getting good pressure. . .. if yes, then reconnect pump. Next unscrew the exhaust silencer and make sure there's no air coming out while the pump is running (if there is air leaking then diaphragm valve needs replacing).
If you have to change the thermal cutout, then might as well get a pump refurb kit and do the seal & cylinder as well.
Once you get some air in the tank, then the system should start to work at least a bit, and allow you to clear the faults.
Nothing will work with an hard fault. On switch on all height lamps are lit whilst EAS ECU does a self test. If that self test fails all lamps stay on and nothing will work.
So I did a bit more digging today. I thought I would try and us a jumper wire for the eas relay to see if I could get the compressor to build up enough pressure to trigger the pressure switch.
When I connected the jumper wire, there was still no output at all from the compressor ?

You can try disconnecting it and running direct off the battery but be VERY careful because if you so much as brush the wrong pin you will fry the thermal switch. Sounds like that might already be fried, usually because it requires a refurb kit.
So, I've tested all wires from the eas ecu back upto the compressor, back to all the height Sensors and from compressor to the fuse box and everything works. The only fault that exists is pressure switch on the air compressor, but I don't this explains the 27 codes that won't clear?
