Hi
I'm looking for some advice. I have a 1988 2.5 defender n/a.
I have noticed when I am going up a hill or going top speed (55mph) my truck has started to vibrate. Also I have noticed a squeaking nose coming from underneath. When I put the clutch down it stops. Could this be the propshaft, or the ujs?
Hope someone can help.

Not the propshaft as that is just a bit of steel so doesn't squeak, as for a "squeaking nose" ? who knows but after u have checked the uj's please let the Forum know. Then we can put our crystal balls away.

It was the rear Universal joint in the end.
