Hi
I thinks I need to redo the o rings in the valve block but I need the car for work I have the Schrader valves for emergency but my question is is it possible to manually inflate the bags with Schrader valves then remove the valve block to do the repair of an evening or will this cause a problem as I don't want to be on manual inflation for long many thanks in advance

Stripping the valve block and replacing seals is not a long job. You can try it and see what you get.

thanks wammers I take it the bags have one way valves in them so they should stay up for me is that correct ?

No valves in bags. You would need to remove the four corner pipes from the valve block, set suspension to access and fit a Schrader valve on each one. Expect a bit of blow out, cover your eyes. Then empty the tank by pulling the feed pipe from valve block, again lots of air flying about. Unless you have diag and can evacuate the system that way.

Can drive quite happily on manual inflation for a while but be careful not to over inflate
About 60 psi is about right all round
Keep nose a smidgen low to stop headlights dazzling others

Bailey,
If the valve block is leaky, there's a chance your compressor might need a rebuild as well. Definitely worth doing while you have it apart.

I'm over in Langley, so quite near you, and have a bench test setup for valve block & driver pack if you want to test the rebuilt block off the car.
