Noticed there is a concertina gaiter on my FL's propshaft (FL 1 2001). Looks newish too. I was expecting to see a plain one. Were they changed over the years? I ask because it may indicate work has been done within the last 16 years.

I've only ever seen that type John. Although I have made my own replacement using an old Mini CV boot. It worked for as long as I had the vehicle. This was in the early days when the replacements weren't available.

Looks new too John - like a year or so. When I do the props I'll take pics............hopefully.

Been a nice sunny day and I was expecting storms so completed the fumigating. Gotta wait for the star sockets now.
