I am awaiting delivery of a new rear box for my 06 TD4 later today or tomorrow.

I want to buy a new clamp in case the existing one is unusable. It's pouring down here, so I don't fancy laying on the road to measure up.

Anyone know what size the exhaust clamp is? I pass a Halfrauds on my way to work this afternoon.

I believe it's 64mm. But I'm not 100% certain and I'm nowhere near my car.

64mm will be about right.

The biggest that Halfrauds do is a 63mm so that must be the one.

if you are having a new back box for your td4 have the one for the V6 it is the same fitting but you will get the twin pipes out the back which was the original equipment.

None that I can see. Both single and twin outlet boxes are like corks. It's difficult to conceive a more restrictive design. I'm replacing mine with a straight through box soon.

As @Nodge68 says, bugger all. But that's how it came out the factory, 2 pipes not 1.

I really do not know except for looks but my old one did seem to run better with 2
