Good morning to all,
My 1986 ish 110 has developed a bad habit of slowly draining battery power over several days, When checking for reasons I find that there is a relay which appears to be a factory fitted item situated under the removable cover on the off side front wing which operates every time I connect the battery but doesn't appear to switch anything on!
Does anyone know the reason for this relay? It is mounted on the inner wing directly below the screwed down plate which is opposite the nearside air intake.
Hope somebody can shed some light on it.

Do you have s wiring diagram? Sounds like part of the dim/dip circuit, which has a history of giving problems.

Doubt that's factory.
Pull the wire off terminal 30 and see what stops working.?
Trace the wires back?
Might be for a long gone alarm, immobiliser, electric arial, cooling fans, headlight upgrade, spots etc etc.
Dim dip relay, if it has one, is behind the dash not where yours is.

Thanks for info, Pulled wire off already to hopefully stop drain, I'll be backtracking wire today, It's fed by a 2 into 1 red wire and feed runs off down to o/s headlight area.
