I see both of those part numbers listed as the "non-ac" belt for a 3.9 efi engine, but I can't work out what the difference is between them. does anyone know?

I confess I don't even know the correct age of the 3.9 donor engine to reference chassis numbers. I do know that the alternator is an A127-100, but not sure if that is of use.

1/ ERR 6191 is for engine from 36D 50530C and 38D 32140C
2/ ERR 4461 is for engine to 36D 50529 and 38D 32139
That info is in the parts book what the difference is I haven't a clue.

The front of you engine, going by the photo I've seen, is similar to mine, as I have AC I use belt ERR 5579 which is for engines in line 1 above, so unless I had a reason to contradict my theory I would try ERR 6191

I assume you don't have the old belt now as the number on that would help.

do you know what changed between those chassis numbers? Is it idler differences? alternator difference? something else?
