Hi all ive been told my viscous coupling has a leak would this cause a vibration , it happens when i get to 45 ish mph but it then goes as the speed goes up, i can feel the vibration roughly in the centre of the car any ideas anyone.

I would like to know how anyone would know that. The VCU is contained within the transfer box. Maybe the transfer box has a leak. Check your U/Js.
