Hi all, I am lookin for the eas check list but cannot find it. This morning the suspension refuses to budge,i have checked that the compressor is working and producing air. any assistance would be gratefully recieved thanks

just spent an hour checking things using nanocom and noticed that raise valve is open and lower valve is also open ? this does not seem right to me your thoughts would be appreciated thanks

Do you mean the inlet and exhaust valves?

Nanocom says raise and lower, so I am thinking it must be inlet and exhaust

Have you cleared faults? Go through the how to. Check you have good air, just air coming from compressor is not enough. There must be good pressure. Check the diaphragm valve is not leaking when compressor is running. Car is raised and lowered by opening solenoid valves on valve block. Same valves are used to raise or lower car. Raise will open inlet and then rear solenoids then close rears and open fronts. Then rears then fronts to level then close inlet. Exhaust valve only opens when car is being lowered. If you have no air pressure it doesn't matter what valve is open nothing will happen. You MUST have good air pressure first.

Yes thanks, I appreciate that, I have ordered compressor and valve block repair kits, so its not worth chasing my tail until the parts have arrived, I shall o/haul compressor first then take it from there.

Before you remove any solenoid coils mark them and make sure they go back in the same place.

Hi, parts arrived today, so i did compressor rebuild,existing piston seal was all but worn away. Quite a simple job really. I will wait until the better weather and then do the valve block. thanks for your help all.

Be very careful how you put the small O rings on the valves

Think he may mean the NRVs. If there is any wear at all on the NRV coned guide i would not use red O'rings they are to soft for NRVs. They tend to deform and leak. You need black ones. Red ok everywhere else. Make sure you know how they go back in two go one way, one is opposite.
