Hi All
Not been on for a while as I've had no problems to sort out.
My EAS has decided to continually pump air. The max height led is flashing, will not come down at all. Airbags are so full its like riding on bump stops. Hoping to get some ideas of what the cause might be.

Diag only way forwards. Could be a few things.

I suspect the usual "suspects" . . . . LHS kick-panel connectors, or the driver pack connectors . . . or maybe its in the harbour and trying to rise up the hill ??

But agree diagnostics are the way forward before the system decides to burst the air-bags !!! (not sure the compressor can provide enough air but who know !! )

Unless you have Nanocom (or mate with one), go get EAS software & cable, and check what really going on.

Looking very much like diagnostics only. As a last resort: check brake lights aren't constantly on round the back. To be honest that would stop it running but you never know. If they are, jab the pedal until they switch off. You could try taking the battery off for an hour. Never know. Or try getting a replacement pressure switch as they're cheap.

Best course of action is diagnostics as Wammers and Paul said. PM datatek for the lead and software if you have a laptop.

Isn't the behavior of the indicator showing a 'Soft Fault'?
Will still need diagnostics to find out why the pump is running.

Hi Brian, yes been away and now back for 6 weeks, got to look after my investment Some barsteward is/was robbing my tinternet and using up my allowance, I cannot use 10 gb in a month for what I do on the putor. unless it costs a fortune to use this site.
