Has anyone got a pic of the pipes off the disco 1 im more interested in the one with the non return valve on Which comes off the expansion tank and goes into thermostat housing and rad. I think mines rigged up wrong

The item I think you are refering to is not necessarily a non-return-valve but rather an air bleed orifice, it comes from a "y" piece and runs a single line to the header/expansion tank, one upstream leg from the "y" comes from the thermostat housing the other from the top tank of the radiator, simply to pass air from these two high points in the system into the tank and prevent accumulated air locks. I have heard of people using a simple "t" piece in absence of the original "y".

However thank you your explanation has been helpful without the pic. I have the single line coming from the thermostat housing then the split bit going into the rad and expansion tank. So should the single line come from the expansion tank then split into the rad and thermostat housing
