Ever have those days where you start off with all good intentions and the list of "things that need fixing" seem to get out of control...
Clutch stuck to flywheel, no probs I think, if I can sort the breaks out I can probably free it up by accelerating and breaking with the clutch depressed on Axle stands etc...
The rear brake cylinders are shot and one of the brake lines snapped while undoing the coupling.
OK, lets replace the brake line - T joint is ceased solid...
Ordered a new one, but maybe I should replace the springs as one of the clamps has snapped anyway and the leaves are doing their own thing.
The top spring hanger bolts ceased solid, cut off the bolt and add some more bits to the order.
Now I can see the chassis bushes are shot and the bolt had worn through the inner and was resting on the outer edge. That cant have been good, lets have a look athe prop shaft, I'm sure its not meant to waggle like that when I grab it :boom:
Think I may just try and find a replacement chassis and see if I find ANY bits that are serviceable on my truck !!!
Its a bloody good job that series bits seem to be quite cheap as I seem to need an awful lot of little blighters !!!!
OK,
rant over for now...
