Really need help here guys engine is out of control, high revs and excessive smoke I have changed turbo and cleaned inter cooler and all hoses checked breather pipe still getting oil into inter cooler and turbo what could possibly be causing this, I am in Milton Keynes, anyone got any ideas. Any help would be gratefully accepted

Still sounds like the turbo. Did you fit a new or used one?

Oil in the inter cooler is normal providing its not gallons... when you replaced your turbo did you renew seals ect? have you done anything to the fueling of the engine?

Hi the turbo was of eBay used what seals should I replace and I have not done nothing reference refuelling of engine there was a amount of oil in the hoses and amount a mug full in the intrcooler I take there is no other way for the oil to be drawn into the intercoler from the engine so it has got to be the turbo sucking oil from the sump unless I have lost the PLOT Thanks guys maybe that is the answer the used turbo of e bay bad buy how play should be in the turbo from side to side my neighbours have got the right hump as you can imagine as this smoke machine out of control goes up and the road burning oil lol

Disconnect inter cooler hose and see if it has running problems then! If not its turbo, have you cleaned inlet manifold out?
Excessive smoke may just be burning old oil out of exhaust etc
