anyone know anything about washer pumps on a 1993 3.9l vouge?

Hi there,
I have a 1993 Range Rover Vogue 3.9l and I have a problem with the washer pumps. Both the front and back pumps are not working. The switches make the wipers go but the pumps are dead. I have tried fitting new pumps but still nothing.Does anyone know if there is a fuse or relay hidding somewhere that I cannot find?I have checked the fuses under the driver seat and passenger seat and also on the front of the dashboard and cannot find one blowen. If you can help please let me know.
