Hi, I'm new to the forum and have yet to buy anything Land Rover related.
Mainly looking for some advice on what to get for someone who is is 6'7" whilst still having room for the family as well.
My budget won't be great, so won't be after anything with complex electricary in, but don't mind welding up a few holes or beating things with large hammers.

Off the top of my head I would think a Discovery1 might fit the bill

A Discovery Mk1 is what I was thinking of, hopefully be able to try one out sometime. As for the Loonyzone I've been there a long time, done my apprenticeships working on a preserved railway on steam and diesel locos as well as carriage overhauls, you have to be mad to do that for a living!!
