Preperation is 95 percent of the job.Spray Painting TutorialInspired by Aaron's paintingand motivated by the amount of money I've so far spent on the rebuild
I'm contemplating painting the panels myself.
What make/model of spray gun would you recommend?
Aaron, I've seen the Flg5 for £93. It's described as a budget spay gun. If I paid more, would I just be paying for the name rather than function?

Yeah, you are probably right. If I do it myself the location and my lack of skill will be the more limiting factors.
That's a good idea,if i had the space i would get an army landrover tent. They would make a sprey booth.PS dont forget, you'd need an extracter fan,and breathing equipment, more so if using 2pack.I've got a big family tent that we don't use any more. The plan is to put up the tent inner and spray in there. Good ventilation, keep the wind from blowing dust etc, keep flies off. Wife's idea
Still trying to build the bottle to go for it though :behindsofa:
Yes,something like that,so wish i had the room.My spray booth

You crafty bugger
I thought you did all your spraying in the garage. That looks mint.
Aaron, did you take note of what GDB said about 2pack! I can remember, somewhere, you saying you didn't use a mask![]()
