I been doing some research. I see that freelander is mono she'll same as car with a tub Does that mean I can seperate the body from the tub chassis same way as defender ?

No but you can bolt it onto conventional chassis with a lot of swearing

Nope. It's effectively a mono. There is a chassis of sorts but it's integrated into the body. This makes it very sturdy for good road manners. But as the chassis rails run the length of the car, you can use them for in line pulling up to 4.25 ton iirc. The tow bar bolts between the rear chassis rails and the front rails will take a winch mount if you can find one.
