I was thinking of getting a oil temp / rev / etc gauge and then thought (having just installed a Bluetooth stereo to use my iphone) that a diagnostics app and device might be better, easier, cheaper, etc

if its not a TDCI, it wont work... simples.
they is quite good though, got one for my last motor as a diagnostic tool, cheap £20 jobbie, works ok, fine for code reading, was a bit laggy on and off for live data.
Its own which is not OBD2 compliant.Land rover![]()
I always thought you reprobates used a hammer fer diagnostics.![]()
should work on the puma/TDCI anything Deisel after 2003 should be OBD2 compatible, Petrol was earlier (2000????)
