G reg 1989 3 owners , I was shocked of how much rust it had to body as we'll but all sorted now

Mine is a 1990. I have replaced the rear cross member and foot wells but everything is solid underneath. Needs a paint job as its pitting on the back door and on the drivers door.

Ermmm

Front grill , waiting for some new captive nuts. NOW fitted .
Rear bench seats and belts
Carpets front to rear
All 4 arches / spats NOW fitted
Cif clean the roof back to white . Done nice and white'ish now
Galv roof rack and ladder
stainless cross member bolts
Fog lamp and reverse lamp NOW fitted
Front and rear reg plates with Landy badge
Some how I need to remove 2 rounded / siezed wheel nuts to fit drivers front wheel. DONE with work of drill and chizzle
Checker plate to wings 'bonnet' lower doors ' Wing checker fitted
Refit rear door wheel hanger

And I think that's it

Aha that's to slow the scum down when trying to rob em I park the green one close up on left lock so they can't get a wheel on it ' nothing special about my landys but rather keep them safe

Need some advice guys .. What colour should I do arches same colour as Landy or gloss black or even Matt black .What would you go for ?

If they had to be painted I'd go for matt black. I prefer the standard black unpainted plastic though.

I was thinking original arch colour as I've all ready started washing paint of 1 with thinners but it's a right mission that's why thought would ask what colour to paint them but if I wash them off it will Save me a few quid tho wouldn't it .

I painted mine though and expected it to flake off when the arches flex, but it hasnt

Today I fitted wide arches and tbh i think they look crap ' got to stick with them now tho as I've drilled all holes .

Also fitted 2nd row rear checker to 1 side lol ran out of rivets

i think they look alright, if you change your mind just take them off and put pop rivets in the holes and paint over them?
