Well, as to be expected it is looking a lot more complicated than I thought.
On the upper light, changing the reverse light to indicator is simple enough in that swapping the bulb and fitting it to the lower set works. I didn't take off the lower light to look ar wiring, as I have a cracked spare lower light.
The fog light one could be the problem. It has 4 locating pegs. Unless somebody does the same connector but with 3 pins it will be difficult to do. Not impossible, but not easy.
Now, as for moving the wiring up & down, that is quite a different thing. At the moment looking at it, the nearside bumper lights appear to have the electrics running under the car in the bumper from the offside, so it is going to take some thinking and looking at the wiring to work out what to do.
I only looked at the nearside today as not enough time. The car is going into the garage today to be looked at re the rough running, so I'll have to look at the offside another day.
Basically it is not going to be simple and may need wires cutting and swapping over.
Mmmmmm.
