Did rear shocks and noticed that there is a choice ie. 2 bolt holes in upper mount and wonder why?

well its probably complete bollocks as i was thinking off a classic rr eventhough p38 is clearly stated

Could go for P38 as well, Land Rover are not sprinting ahead inventing new stuff.
