Hi everyone,

Finished the vcu exchange and everything seems fine. In fact she seems to be running much better, steering, acceleration, etc. I am guessing that some of the power output from the engine with a seized vcu goes in to pushing the whole vehicle along thus losing torque. Does that sound about right?

Also thanks to all for some great advice.

Seized VCU = transmission wind up = lots of losses in the drive line.
