Just fitted some lovely new leads from rpi what a pain in the bloody arse carnt see...where the dam things plug into ?. Who on earth said lets put said coils rightbatbthe back of the dam engine.. more cuts and ow es ....bloody thing miss firing pop pop pop spent 3 hours doing the sodding things and in the end it was worth it i bloody hope .....now I need skin cream .....and on a different note should I leave the coil conversion on me new beast or put her back on air ?? Needs 4 x height sensors 4x air bags ... Poss some pipe work ... And more than likely air block overhaul ... Advice plz befour I take the plunge ta much you wonderfull people .....
 
Yes to putting it back on air springs. Better, safer, cooler.

If it took 3 hours to do your leads, better take a few weeks off work to do the EAS.:D:D

Combined time to change all the airsprings on mine. 1 hour. Ht leads? Two and a half hours. Ended up removing upper manifold and coil packs. My hands are too big to do them in situ. Stupid bloody design - presumably quality BMW input into the project. The 100% rover designed gems setup is a doddle to work on in comparison.
