The Valve block can be disassembled and resealed for around the £30 mark, find out the exact issue and see if it was DIY'able

The valve block was split. Find that really hard to believe if it's anything like a P38 block.

The L322 Valve block is Plastic/ABS/Polycarnonate or something like that I believe...never been under to look at it myself!

Yeah its plastic mate. The thing was a mess! 2 splits and all the metal bits had pretty much disintegrated!
I should have taken a pic to load up.

Yeah its not the end of the world! It would have been nice to have a slightly longer recovery period from the last repair though!
Would i be right in thinking the whole Eas system will need calibrating after the new bag goes in?

Patiently waiting for the fedex man to deliver me a spanking new air strut!! Wish he'd nip on as the spanners are getting twitchy!!

Fitted the Air strut on Wednesday afternoon and it was a fairly straight forward task. All working fine. Think i'll order the other side too as it wont be far behind.
Need to purchase some diagnostics though. Its between the Lynx and the All comms.

Deffo do both struts at once

I have both the All Comms and the Faultmate MSV 2

Both good bits of kit

Obviously the Faultmate wins hands down, but it is rather costly

If i could spare the cash then The Faultmate would be my first choice! It looks like a crackin bit of kit.

Yes, there's a couple of recent threads on here about the lynx equipment.

It seems it's still early days yet, so there's a few technical issues with it

As far as I know, neither Hawkye or Lynx will calibrate the L322 suspension, you need Allcomms or Faultmate for that.

You may have said before, but it isn't in your 'handle' at the top, where abouts are you located? maybe someone local can demonstrate the All Comms for you before you decide to buy....

I have the All Comms and it is a groovey piece of kit....it reads and clears faults and calibrates the EAS, it can also talk to the P38 EAS, but I haven't had much luck on that front yet!

The faultmate is the nuts, but comes at a price!

My (or should I say my wife's) td6 is on a 56 plate with 69k on the clock. This site is excellent for advise but scary for L322 owners. Looks like the car is soon to reach the problem stage and I am always a bit surprised when my wife returns each day with it still in working order. I am trying to absorb all the potential problems and implore my wife to keep the mileage down. No problems for nearly 12 months now with 9k added!

So you have a 56 plate

So it's a facelift L322 ??

If so then check as I don't think the all Comms works with facelift range rovers ie 2006 onward models !!!
