When its written off the logbook gets taken but the insurance an has to be re applied for by new owner or if you buy it back you have to re apply for it after VIC only applies to station wagons and family cars

If its commercial van it doesn't need a VIC just send for logbook

Looks like a van been converted to csw you can't tax or mot a car without a VIC being done first everything is linked up and the mot guy would know an fook him off when was it cat c'd ? When was it MOT 'd ? An you will have your answer

If the guy has a logbook for the 90 it's been VIC'd
