If the job has been done right you can't as the chip replaces one in the EDC ECU. Unless you have one of them tuning boxes attached.

also fitting a bigger intercooler you shouldn't need to turn the pump up because all you are doing is putting the same amount of air in but its been cooled more than normal and if you need to you can turn up the turbo a bit to make up for all the extra pipe work.

Te extra volume of the intercooler creates the pressure lag as the turbo builds up pressure in the system, hence more lag

if you do a intercooler mod as a larger one you need to do a exhaust mod also
More air in means more air out, they work hand in hand. With more air in might as well add more fuel to maximize things

Put a big intercooler on my last disco and to be honest I wouldnt bother again. By far the best mod is the fuel pump tweak which eliminates that terrible flat spot below 2000rpm, especially when cold. When I put a boost guage on it I found it had been runing 1.5 boost from new and it had done over 90 k miles like that.

I have a de-cat and straight through middle pipe with EGR valve removed and find that has made more than enough difference! doesn't hold back now under 2k, feels a lot smoother and drives a lot nicer!

i have a de-cat and egr blank off.
also it smells like its not burning all the fuel on tick over it smell rich?
