Does anyone have a photo of where the gas strut connects in the glovebox? Mine is loose and I want to reconnect it. The diagram in Rave isn't very clear. Thanks

The problem is the strut is just loose and the bracket, etc appears to be missing from the glovebox itself. If someone could take a photo of how it connects then I can order the right bits, etc. Thanks

No, St. J. is right there is one on the side of the glove box but I don't think that you can get 'at it' to take a photo without taking the box out.

Yup, managed to replace mine with a bit of two pack glue and two tiny bolts, nuts and washers.

Oh - and bear in mind I still haven't got my glove box to stay closed, so it might not be in the right place!!! (I think that's more to do with the catch position though)

Ok, I've figured out how it connects. Unfortunately the gold bracket is missing on the back of the glovebox for the strut to connect to. It looks like it's snapped off. Does anyone know if this part is available to purchase? I can't see it listed anywhere. Thanks
